Smothie is a sweentned chilled berverage made from fresh fruits, or vegetables,etc. It has milk-shake like consistency even thicker then slush.
So this summer lets make something really healthy and yummy orange and mango drink.
Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice
2 mangoes, peeled, chopped into chunks and frozen for half hour
1 banana ,peeled, chopped into chunks and frozen for half hour
2 oranges,peeled, chopped into chunks and frozen for half hour
1/2 cup soy milk or normal milk
1 1/2 cup orange or vanilla flavored French yogurt
4-5 tsp honey
Direction:
In a blender, place all the ingredients. Cover ; blend until you get a thick consistency mixture. Pour this into tall glasses and garnish them with mint leaves, or orange pieces, or mango pieces.
