Potato Nuggets is a vegetarian version of chicken nuggets wherein potatoes pieces breaded and battered which is either baked or fried.

Ingredients:
4 potatoes , cut them in quarters
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter , melted
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp oregano powder
1 tsp soy sauce
Directions:
Preheat the oven at 300 degrees. In a bowl combine butter, all spices, herbs, and soy sauce. Now dip each potato quarter into this mixture and roll it into bread crumbs. And then place each of these quarters on baking sheets , lined with parchment. Bake for 60 min till golden brown and fork tender.
Your nuggets are ready to eat. Serve it with cheesy dip, sour cream, tomato ketchup, or honey mustard dip.
